PTA/FLAME SPRAY POWDER CASTING TUNGSTEN CARBIDE/Ni BASED ALLOY

Blended powders which contain casting tungsten pellet and nickel-based self-fluxing alloy, dark gray pellets. Casting tungsten carbide is irregularly shaped, it has high hardness (≥2200HV0.1) and excellent wear resistance. Ni-based alloy powder is spherical or nearly spherical, and has good wettability with cast tungsten carbide. PTA surfacing welding layer has good wear resistance and low porosity. Mainly used in wear resistance, anti-erosion surface or wear repair for mining extraction, oil drilling, machinery equipment, grain and oil equipment etc.
