SPHERICAL CAST TUNGSTEN CARBIDE

  Spherical cast tungsten carbide dark gray particles which is made by ultra high-temperature spheroidization or gas atomization process, is dendritic crystal composed of WC and W2C and has high melting point(2525℃), high hardness (HV0.1≥2700), high feather structure (content≥90%), chemical stability, excellent flowability, high microhardness and high wear corrosion resistance.
The products are used for the preparation of diamond oil drill bit matrix materials, plasma(PTA) surfacing materials, spray welding materials and cemented carbide wear-resistant electrode(wire), etc., and widely used in the oil drill bit, PDC drill tool and other melting, spraying(welding), and surfacing products, mainly used in the wear-resistant surface pre-reinforcement.
