CEMENTED CARBIDE SINTERED WELDING ROD

This product is melting by cemented carbide pellets, cast tungsten carbide, and nickel matrix alloys. Cemented carbide pellets are spherical in shape with a hardness of HV0.1 ≥ 1600, cast tungsten carbide is irregularly shaped with a hardness of HV0.1 ≥ 2000, and spherical cast tungsten carbide is spherical with a hardness of HV0.1 ≥ 2700; Nickel matrix self melting alloy powder is spherical and has good wetting properties with cemented carbide pellets and cast tungsten carbide. The welding layer can provide excellent protection against erosion and wear. This product adopts oxygen acetylene flame welding, which has good welding performance.
