CEMENTED CARBIDE PELLET TUBE WELDING ROD

Hard phase (such as cemented carbide pellet etc.) are uniformly filled in a low-carbon steel strip to form a tubular welding rod. Cemented carbide pellet is composed of tungsten carbide and cobalt. Spherical or nearly spherical particle, high hardness (1400HV0.1-1600HV0.1), excellent wear resistance and erosion resistance. Oxyacetylene flame surfacing welding layer has good wear resistance. Especially suitable for surface surfacing welding of oil drilling and natural gas geological tools.
